Betahaus, renowned for its amazing coworking spaces, is making its debut in the Romanian market with a new location in Bucharest. This move is in partnership with GTC Group, a real estate investor and developer in Central and Eastern Europe.
The new coworking space, named Betahaus Victoriei, is strategically positioned in the heart of Bucharest at Piata Victoriei. Occupying two floors within the A-class Premium Plaza building, it boasts a capacity of over 170 seats and is poised to offer exclusive terms for its first members in 2024.
This expansion marks an exciting phase in Betahaus’s journey, following the success of its two locations in Sofia, Bulgaria, which collectively cover an area of 3000 sq.m. The Sofia spaces, catering to notable companies like KBC Global Services, Telefonica Tech, and Solar Edge, reflect Betahaus’s capability to foster a community for businesses ranging from startups to established enterprises.
Betahaus Victoriei is designed to be the most advanced and elegant space yet, equipped with high office standards, the latest IT infrastructure, access control, and security solutions. Amenities such as conference rooms, phone booths, a business-class printer, fully equipped kitchens, and lounges for community events are intended to create a productive and collaborative environment for its members.
The latest addition to our global network of coworking spaces is quite a special one. Bucharest has impressed us from the very beginning and we are really happy to open our first location in this vibrant city. We are thankful to GTC for providing us with the opportunity to enter the market and are looking forward to exploring its potential in the next years ahead.
