Event organisers will be happy to assist participants, contact local law enforcement, provide escorts, or help those who are being harassed feel safe during the event.

9. CANCELATION OF THE EVENT, PUBLICATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY
UNCHAIN MEDIA S.R.L. is not liable for any loss or damage as a result of the replacement, modification, cancellation or postponement of an event. UNCHAIN MEDIA S.R.L. assumes no liability in the event that an event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, natural hazard, unforeseen event or any other event that makes the conduct of an event impracticable, illegal or impossible.
