Garanti BBVA, in partnership with the Interbank Card Center (BKM) of Türkiye, has launched a ‘Request Payment’ feature across its mobile and online banking platforms. This feature is designed to improve the process of requesting and sending money, making financial transactions more accessible and efficient for individual and self-employed customers.
The ‘Request Payment’ service allows Garanti BBVA customers to easily request money transfers from acquaintances, whether they bank with Garanti BBVA or other financial institutions.
By entering the recipient’s account information and receiving their acceptance, payments can be swiftly processed via SWIFT. This feature significantly simplifies the experience of requesting urgent cash or awaiting payments, integrating seamlessly into Garanti BBVA’s digital channels.
