- Availability:The service is available through the Klarna app and at integrated retail partners’ online stores. Notable brands include About You, GAP, Orsay, Sportega, Lentiamo, and Joom.
Klarna’s app offers various features like payment management, order tracking, and budgeting tools, boasting over 25 million monthly active users.
Representatives from Klarna emphasized their commitment to enhancing the shopping experience for both businesses and customers. They view the Pay in 3 services as a foundational element for building strong, long-term relationships with their Slovak partners.
Klarna’s expansion into Slovakia follows successful launches in other Central and Eastern European countries, including Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Romania. This move reflects the increasing demand for flexible payment solutions in the region.
In April 2024, Klarna announced a global partnership with Uber. This partnership allows users in the US, Germany, and Sweden to pay for Uber services through Klarna, further expanding their reach and utility.
